On receiving your dress we ensure that careful time is taken to thoroughly inspect the fabric, checking for marks and damage however small. Decorational or ornamental pieces are either removed or protected prior to cleaning. On completion of the cleaning process, we then ensure that your treasured item is carefully encased and arranged to ensure its optimum preservation.
